On December 7, 2024, the Nueva Segovia Consortium of Cooperatives (NSCC) successfully conducted the Policy Formulation Seminar at NSCC Bath & Coffee, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur. The event brought together cooperative members and stakeholders to strengthen their knowledge of effective policy-making processes.
