The Nueva Segovia Consortium of Cooperatives (NSCC) marked the joyous Christmas season with a heartfelt thanksgiving celebration. A solemn Holy Mass, officiated by Rev. Fr. Robert Somera, brought together the entire NSCC family at the NSCC Plaza Hotel & Convention Center, Caoayan, Ilocos Sur.
