The spirit of Christmas came alive as the Nueva Segovia Consortium of Cooperatives (NSCC) celebrated its much-anticipated Christmas Party on December 23, 2024, at the NSCC Plaza Hotel & Convention Center in Caoayan, Ilocos Sur.
The event was made even more special by the presence of Hon. Jeremias “Jerry” Singson, Governor of Ilocos Sur, whose gracious participation brought warmth and joy to the celebration.
