The 7th Gender Congress of the Nueva Segovia Consortium of Cooperatives (NSCC) were simultaneously held at the NSCC Plaza Hotel & Convention Center in Caoayan, Ilocos Sur on March 18, 2023.
NSCC Chairperson Mr. Fidel Gines warmly welcomed the participants. Guest Speakers were Ms. Rowena Pascua, Gender Focal Person of SACDECO who shared their Coop Gender Program, Mr. Florentino Lorezana, PCDS, CDA discussed the CDA updates on the Coop Gender Program and Maam Emmeline Verzosa, the former Executive Director of the Philippine Commission on Women, focused on Gender Laws and Violence against Women and Children (VAWC)and other Gender Related Laws. The open forum was actively participated by the delegates.
Our CEO Dr. Divina C. Quemi expressed her heartfelt gratitude to all the attendees of the Gender Congress, as well as to the Officers for their support and to the Management for their hardwork.
